For over the last decade, 20 years I have been active & educating myself  in the health, fitness & wellness industry.  I have exposed myself on theory & science, marketing trends & yes ‘egosim’ for viral branding on line & traditional promotions.  I pride myself on being a girl following trends mostly relating to cultural creatives in genres  in ‘hollywood’, or magazine, even woman 65+ wanting to walk the ’catwalk’ as a ‘Mature Model’  I enjoy the social psychology of our pursuit of what behaviour attracts us to one moment & movement in social trends.  I think that way when it comes to my client’s health & body image be responsive to changes in social impression. After all I believe we all want to be our own ‘Hollywood’ Icon or ‘Rockstar’ hero.
