
Whatch gunna need to make two smoothies:
1 cup hemp seed nut milk
2 TBSP chia seed
2 TBSP hemp seed nuts
1 TBSP coconut manna butter
2 big handfuls of baby spinach
1/2 small banana, frozen (prefer less sugar, take the banana out..stevia is sweeeettttt! enough!)
1 pinch stevia powder (more sweet desire)
5-8 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to a blender in that order and blend until smooth. Consume and feel rawesome!
