
1 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup hemp seed nut
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup filtered water
Blend ingredients in a high-powered blender until creamy. Spread out on Teflex sheet and dehydrate at 115F for 3 hours. Remove Teflex sheet by placing an extra mesh tray on top of the cheese and turning tray over. Continue to dehydrate at 105F until cheese resembles swiss cheese in texture. Place cheese slices between sliced cucumber, sliced bell peppers and zucchini slices. Sprinkle on salad and soup.
Yes I said Vegan and taste just like Swiss cheese… It has no cheese, no dairy, no animal products… and its RAW! As in, its NOT COOKED!! But its creamy, its cheesy, and its GOOD!! OH SO GOOD!!!
